    In our Court on y^e 27^th Daÿ of 7ber last whereof he is Convict as y^e Sum^e of one
     hundred and Sixtÿ pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit and y^t bÿ good and Lawfull men of yo^r Bailewicke
     y^w. make knowne unto the partÿ in whose hands y^w. make y^e Same Attm^t. y^t he She, or theÿ be
     and appear before our Justices att y^e time and place first above mentioned to Shew Cause |if
     anÿ) whÿ y^e Same ought not to be Condemned in his her or their hands fo^r Satisfaction of y^e
     Debt and Cost afs^d Hereof faile not &c^a and have y^w yⁿ there y^e names &c^a and
     this writt &c^a —    —    —
