      fourteen Shill^gs Silver moneÿ as y^e Sum^e of ~ two hundred thirtÿ and Seaven —
      pounds of tob^o Cost of Suit and y^e Def^t in mercÿ &c^a

        (here in Court Saÿeth) being att^rÿ fo^r y^e S^d plt^f in this) y^t he hath had
        noe Instructions from his S^d Clÿent wherebÿ to file a Declaⁿ &c^a

      take nothing bÿ his writt afs^d but be in mercÿ fo^r his false Clam^r

      here bÿ y^e Court The Same Daÿ and year y^t y^e S^d Lean Wattson recover
