     And The S^d Jacob is herebÿ ordred to find Securÿtie &c^a Whereupon
     he comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe to be firmlÿ bound
      unto our Soveraigne Ladÿ y^e Queen in y^e Sum^e of tenn pounds Ster^g —
      likewise Comes into Court Thomas Scottin and Peter Green and
      acknowledges themselves to be Severallÿ Indebted as aboves^d in y^e
       Sum^e of five pounds Ster^g Each the S^d Severall Indebted as aboves^d in y^e
       Sum^e of five pounds Ster^g Each the S^d Severall Sum^e to be —
        Leavÿed respectivelÿ off their and Everÿ of their goods and Chattells
        lands and Tenam^ts for y^e use of her S^d Majestie her heirs and —
        Successo^rs: In Case y^e S^d Jacob Doe not make his p^rsonall —

     Jurisdiction of this Court Did w^th force and armes lead awaÿ and brand one
     Court of y^e vallue of two hundred pounds of tobacco of y^e p^rp^r goods of —
     William Cõmegÿs of y^e Same Countÿ Contrarÿ to her majestÿ’s peace and
     the act of assemblÿ in y^t Case made and provided    Earle p^r Dña Regiña
                          Which S^d bill was Endorsed as falloweth viz^t
     Bill^a vera p^r William Cõmegÿs foreman ——
      Which S^d Indictm^t being Continued from y^e fourth Tuesdaÿ in June
      untill this p^rsent Court
      And now here this 26^th Daÿ of September comes y^e afs^d John Long and =
      Saÿeth y^t he is not Guiltÿ of y^e p^rmisses and for Trÿall putts himselfe
      upon y^e Countrÿ : and he y^t fallows fo^r our S^d Ladÿ y^e Queen in —
