      Done as afs^d he y^e Said John bound himselfe his heires Ex^rs: and adm^rs: firmlÿ
      bÿ the Same bond yett notw^thstanding y^e Said John in his lifetime y^e afs^d Sum^e of
      3150^ls of tob^o according to y^e Ten^r of y^e Same bond he did not paÿ although often
      required neither Did y^e S^d Sarah when Sole paÿ y^e Same although often required
      nor y^e S^d William and Sarah Since Their Intermarriage hath not paid y^e ~
      Same 3150^ls of tob^o being thereunto required but y^e Same to paÿ theÿ and Everÿ
      of them hath Denÿed and refused and Still Doth Denÿ and refuse and
      unjustlÿ Detaine to y^e Damage of y^e S^d Michael 6300^ls of tob^o and thereupon
      he brings this Suit                 Earle in p^rpria p^rsona Pledges &c^a Joⁿ Doe R^d Roe
           And y^e S^d Def^ts bÿ Benjⁿ Becke their att^rÿ Comes and Defends y^e force and ~
      Injurÿ when &c^a and Craves oÿer of y^e above obligation and it is read unto them
      Theÿ allsoe Crave oÿer of y^e Condition Thereof and it is read unto them in
      these words fallowing The Condiõn of y^e above obligation is Such y^t if
      the above bound John Worth his heires Ex^rs: adm^rs. or Either of them Doe
      paÿ or Cause to be well and truelÿ paid unto y^e above S^d Michael Earle his
      heires Ex^rs: adm^rs: or assignes y^e full Sum^e fifteen hundred Seaventÿ five
      pounds pounds of tob^o quallifÿed as afs^d att or upon y^e 25^th Daÿ of march
      next Ensueing y^e Date hereof then this p^rsent obligation to be voÿd —
      otherwise to remaine in force and vertue —
           And allsoe y^e Def^ts bÿ Their att^rÿ afs^d comes and praÿed leave to Imp^rle
      thereunto untill next Court w^ch was Granted them y^e Same Daÿ was Given
      the plt^f allsoe att which Said next Court to witt this 22^th Daÿ of aug^t an^o
      Dñi 1704 The Said partÿes appear’d, And y^e S^d Def^ts Comes into open Court
      and Confesseth Judg^t to y^e plt^f for y^e Debt afs^d & Cost of Suit in S^d~
      Capacitÿes and is willing y^t y^e Same be Int^r &c^a
           Whereupon the S^d plt^f here in Court releaseth y^e penaltÿ afs^d
       bond and odesired he y^e S^d Jug^t to be Int^r &c^a for y^e residue and Cost
       of Suit
      Which being bÿ y^e Court heard and fullÿ understood It is bÿ y^e Justices
      here Considered this 22^th Daÿ of aug^t anno Dñi 1704 That y^e S^d Michael
      Earle recover ag^t y^e S^d William Sigleÿ et ux^r adm^rs As afs^d in their Capacities
      as well y^e Sum^e of fifteen hundred Seaventÿ & five pounds of tob^o
      The residue of y^e penalltÿ afs^d as y^e Sum^e of two hundred & Seaventeen
      pounds of tob^o Cost of Suit and y^e Def^t in mercÿ &c^a
