        And whereupon ye Sd Richard bÿ Michael Earle his Attrÿ Saith yt whereas ye Sd Thoms
        on ye 3d Daÿ of June anno Dñi 1699 in Sd Countÿ of Ceecill wthin ye Jurisdiction of
        this Court bÿ his Certaine bill or writeing obligatorÿ Sealed wth his Seal as his ~
        act and Delivered and herein Court brought whose Date is ye Same Daÿ & year
        Did acknowledg himselfe to be holden and firmlÿ bound unto ye Said Richard in ye
        full and Just Sume of one thousand Seaven hundred Sixtÿ and nine pounds
        of tobo quallifÿed as afsd to be paid to ye Sd Richard his Exrs: admrs: or assignes
        upon ye tenth Daÿ of october then Next Ensueing ye Date of ye Same bill
        Convenient on his ye Sd Thomas Then Dwelling plantation to ye wch paÿmt well
        and truelÿ to be made and Done ye Sd Thomas bound himselfe his heires ~
        Exrs and admrs: in ye peñall Sume of 3538ls of tobo quallifÿed as afsd & to be
        paid as afsd yett notwthStanding which The Sid ye afsd Sume 1769ls of tobo

        hath not paid although often Demanded wherebÿ accõn hath accrewed
        to ye Sd Richard to require and have from ye Said Thomas ye afsd Sume of
