    y^e Jurisdiction of this Court was Delivered of a bastard Child ag^t y^e peace of our
    Soveraigne Ladÿ y^e Queen and a^t y^e form of y^e Act of assemblÿ in y^t Case —
     made & provided    —    — Earle p^r Dna Reginã    —    —    —    —    —
       Which S^d bill was thus Endorsed billa vera p^r Joⁿ Davis fforeman
      and a vi: fa: haveing Issued ag^t y^e S^d Dorothÿ She now appears and Submitts
      to y^e Court upon y^e Indictm^t afs^d and allsoe makes oath y^t a Certaine John
     Davisye is y^e father of her bace born Child,
      Therefore it Considered bÿ y^e Court here y^t y^e S^d Dorothÿ Doe Serve y^e S^d
      John Sallter fo^r y^e Space of one Whole year in Condraion of y^e Damãge occasion’d
      to him bÿ y^e abuse of his house, and it is allsoe Considered y^t y^e S^d Dorothÿ be
      fined twentÿ Shills Ster^g to her S^d Majestÿe accord to act of assemblÿ
        Whereupon Comes into Court y^e aboves^d John Sallter & assumes upon
      him Selfe the paÿm^t of S^d fine

a^t	\| a bill being found ag^t y^e S^d Margreat fo^r haveing a bastard
Margreat Kellÿ	\| Child, and y^e S^d Margreat being now Called to y^e barr Submitts
	to this Court upon y^e S^d Indictm^t., And it is thereupon

      Considered herebÿ y^e Court y^t y^e S^d Margreat be fined twentÿ Shills
      Ster^g to her Sacred Majestie Queen Anne of England &c^a Whereupon
      M^r: Elias King here in Court assumes the paÿm^t. S^d fine as allsoe y^e
      officers ffees,      And the S^d Margreat is thereup ordred to find
      Securitie for her p^rsonall appearance att next Court to holden for
      this Countÿ, Comes into Court and acknowledges herselfe to be holden
      and firmlÿ bound to her majestie Queen Anne of England &c^a in the
      Just Sum^e of tenn pounds Ster^g likewise Comes into Court Rob^t.
      White & acknowledges himselfe to be Justlÿ Indebted as aboves^d in y^e
      Sum^e of five pounds Ster^g y^e S^d Severall Sums to be Leavÿ ~~upon the~~
      respectivelÿ off their & Everÿ of their good & Chattells lands & ten^ts.
      for y^e use of her S^d majestie her heires & Successo^rs if in Case y^e Said ~
      Margreat Kellÿ Doe not make her p^rsonall appearce att —
      next Court as above S^d and in y^e maine time be of good
