Somers, is bound bÿ this Court to John Meridith Junr: untill ye Sd orphan Comes to age, being adjudged to be Six years of age att next Christmas according to Evendences in Court, and ye Sd John Meridith is herebÿ oblieged to give ye Sd orphan att ye Expiration of ye Sd time, a three year old Cowe heifer, wth all other freedome Dues as Servts: hath in ye Countrÿ (Except a Gune) Marÿ Morgan Daughter to Andrew & Marÿ Morgan is bound bÿ this Court until ye Sd ophan Comes to age ye Sd orphan being born on ye fourth Daÿ of Janrÿ 1694 as apprs bÿ a Certificate William Morgan (brother to Sd Marÿ) being left to a Certaine John Tucker It is ordered bÿ this Court, yt if in Case ye Sd Tucker Dÿes before ye ~ Wm: Morgan comes to age, yt then ye Sd Wm: Shall live wth Colll Thoms Smith untill ye Sd Morgan Comes to age William Batteson fined assemblÿ Orderdered bÿ this Court yt Nicholas Cloudes Doe paÿ Nichollas Hagoe his freedome Dues Colll Thomas Smith & Mr Elias King are Discharged from :their regces as being bound wth John Lee Concerning Richard Lowder’s Sonne’s Estate |
