Constables are Called as under to Give in their list of taxables vizt John Primrose Constable of Towne hundred Delivers three Lists: John John Shaw of Chester upper hundred Delivers ~ two Do William Baiteman of ye Lower part of ye upper hundred / three John Sutton of Langfords baÿ Benja Bond of Swan Creek hundred Delivers The Sherf reads a proclamation in open Court Concerning of haveing free trade wch wth new Spaine ThomasBroughis fined five Shillings for Swering according to act of assem= = blÿ William Batteson fined five Shillings Sterg for Swering wch Mr Mr: Michael Miller assumes to paÿ ~ Thomas Brough is fined (for being Drunk ) according to Lawe Thomas Head proves an acct of runawaÿ time agt his Servant woman Marÿ Addams for thirtÿ Daÿ yt ye Sd Servant abscented her herself from her Sd masters Service, and this Court orders ye Sd Servt to Serve her Sd master according to act of assemblÿ in Such Case made and provided Ordered bÿ this Court yt ye Clk of this Court Doe Signe & give to be Sent after a Certaine Wm. Deacker who made is Escape out of this Countÿ Contrarÿ to Lawe |
