        William Baiteman of y^e Lower part of y^e upper hundred / three
      John Sutton of Langfords baÿ ~~Upper~~^upper~~Lower~~hundred – three
         Benj^a Bond of Swan Creek hundred Delivers ——
      The Sher^f reads a proclamation in open Court Concerning of haveing
      free trade w^ch w^th new Spaine —
           Thomas^Broughis fined five Shillings for Swering according to act of assem=
   = blÿ
        William Batteson fined five Shillings Ster^g for Swering w^ch M^r—
   M^r: Michael Miller assumes to paÿ ~
      Thomas Brough is fined (fo^r being Drunk ) according to Lawe
        Thomas Head proves an acc^t of runawaÿ time ag^t his Servant —
      woman Marÿ Addams fo^r thirtÿ Daÿ y^t y^e S^d Servant abscented her —
      herself from her S^d masters Service, and this Court orders y^e S^d Serv^t
      to Serve her S^d master according to act of assemblÿ in Such Case made
      and provided
           Ordered bÿ this Court y^t y^e Clk of this Court Doe Signe & give —
      to~~M^r~~ John Hawkins a Certificate in y^e form of a hugh & Creÿ to
      be Sent after a Certaine W^m. Deacker who made is Escape out of
     this Countÿ Contrarÿ to Lawe
