        one hundred Eightÿ & Eight pounds of tob^o Cost of Suit & y^e Def^t in Mercÿ &c^a

	\| of a plea of trespass upon y^e Case, for y^e Sum^e of four hundred Seaventÿ
	\| and four pounds of tob^o y^e ballce of an acc^t Due to S^d Charles four ordinarÿ
	accomodations, as appears bÿ Declaⁿ acc^t & Creditt &c^a filed in this Court p^r

        The S^d Def^t being here in Court in his p^rper p^rson, p but Can not Gainesaÿ
        y^e pltf in his S^d accon, Whereupon Judg^t is awarded bÿ this Court
        for y^e ballance afs^d & Cost of Suit
             It is therefore Considered here bÿ the Court this 28^th Daÿ of March
        anno Dñi 1704 That y^e S^d pltf recover a^t y^e S^d Def^t as well y^e Sum^e of
        four hundred Seventÿ & four y^e ballance of y^e acc^t afs^d as y^e Sum^e of
        one hundred Eightÿ & Eight pds of tob^o Cost of Suit :

	merchantable Leafe tob^o in Cask w^ch to him he oweth & from he unjustlÿ Detaines
	as bÿ a Declaⁿ filed in this Court bÿ Richard Macklin y^e S^d pltf’s

        but y^e S^d Def^t maketh noe Defence neither bÿ himselfe nore his S^d att^rÿ

        and Cost of Suit

        That y^e S^d pltf recover ag^t y^e S^d Def^t as well y^e S^d Sum^e of fifteen ——
        hundred pounds of tob^o the Debt afs^d as y^e Sum^e of two hundred ——
        twentÿ & Seaven pounds of tob^o Cost of Suit ———

Peter Reed	\| of good Sound Merchantable leafe tob^o in Caske w^ch &c^a as appears p^r
	\| y^e Declaⁿ & bill filed in this Court in Due form &c^a Whereupon (y^e
	\| S^d Def^t not appearing neither filed anÿ plea according to
	rules of this Court ) The S^d pltf prays Judg^t &c^a which is Granted
	unto him
