      It is bÿ y^e Justices here Considered this 28^th Daÿ of March Anno Dni 1704 That
      the S^d pltf recover ag^t y^e S^d Def^t as well y^e Sum^e of three hundred ~~and~~—
      pounds of tobacco and four Shillings & Six pence the Debt afs^d as y^e Sum^e of
      two hundred & Sixtÿ one pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit & y^e Def^t in
      mercÿ &c^a —            ——                 ———                 ———       ——— ——
   Kent Ss John Bowells of Kent Countÿ plantr Stands attached to answer unto Charles
           Hollinsworth of Kent Countÿ Inholder of a plea of trespass upon y^e Case
           for y^e Sum^e of Eight hundred & fourteen pounds of tob^o y^e ballance of an
           acc^t fo^r nine hundred & fourteen pounds of tobacco as p^r Declaⁿ & acc^t filed in
           this Court (bÿ Richard Macklin y^e S^d pltf’s Atto^rÿ) y^e Same att large Doth
           appear, Whereupon y^e S^d John appeared to this accon & a Coppÿ of y^e Declaⁿ
           being Sent w^th y^e writt in ord^r: for trÿall att this Court according to act of
           assemblÿ, y^e S^d John appearing as afs^d Can not Gainesaÿ y^e pltf in his
           accõn afs^d Soe as afs^d brought neither maketh he anÿ Defence & nither
           bÿ himselfe or his att^rÿ Whereupon Judg^t is awarded bÿ this Court
             It is therefore Considered herebÿ y^e Court this 28^th Daÿ of March anno

        thirtÿ & Seaven pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit & y^e Def^t in Mercÿ &c^a
