      writeing obligatorÿ Sealed w^th his Seale as his Act & Deed Delivered & here in Court brought
      whose Date is y^e Same Daÿ & year Did ackledge him Selfe to be holdⁿ & firmlÿ bound unto y^e
      S^d Edwd in his lifetime or unto his Ex^rs adm^rs: Certaine att^rÿ or assignes in y^e afs^d Sum^e of 41614^ls of
      tobacco quallified as afs^d to y^e w^ch paÿm^t well & truelÿ to be made & Done y^e afs^d Joⁿ bound
      himselfe his heires Ex^rs & adm^rs: & Everÿ of them firmlÿ bÿ y^e Same bound yett not w^thstanding y^e
