     Edmond MagDaniel |    of one thousand two hundred Eightÿ & four pounds of

     tobacco Debt & two hundred fourtÿ & Seaven pounds of tobacco

     Cost of Suit , The Sherf makes return hereof Endorsed

     vizt made knowne before John Offleÿ & Xptr Davis
     good and Lawfull men of mÿ Bailewicke as this writt Exacth & requireth
      pr me    —                 ——       John Hawkins Sherf
        And ye Sd Deft being Called to ye writt afsd, Can Shew noe Cause whÿ
     Execution Should not Issue agt him &ca
        It is therefore Considered here bÿ ye Court this Daÿ to witt this 25th Daÿ
     of Januarÿ anno Dñi 1703 That ye Jugmt obtained (bÿ ye Sd pltf agt ye Sd Deft
     on ye Seaventh Daÿ of Aprill 1702) in this Court for ye Sumes afsd be affirmed
     and yt ye Sd pltf have Execution agt ye Sd Deft as well for ye Sume of one thou:
    =Sand two hundred Eightÿ & four pounds of tobacco ye Debt afsd & two hundred
     fortÿ & OSeaven pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit in ye Judgmt afsd as ye Sume of
     two hundred & twentÿ Eight pounds of tobacco Cost upon this writt of Sci:
