        :    wick to ye vallue of Seven thousand pounds of tobacco & when yw have
             the Same Soe attached or anÿ part thereof, ye Same in yor Custodÿ keep
             Soe yt yw: have them before ye Justices of our Countÿ next to be held for
             this Countÿ &ca: to Satisfie unto Mathew Tilghman Ward admr Andrew
             Malpass as well ye Sume of fourteen hundred thirtÿ & Seaven pounds pds
             of tobacco a Certaine Debt obtained agt ye Sd John Sides’s Estate in our Court
             on ye 25th Daÿ of augt last &ca as alsoe ye Sume of four hundred & ninetÿ
