  hundred & Eightÿ pounds of tobo Debt as allsoe ye Sume of one hundred fiftÿ
   pounds of tobo Cost according to a Judgmt recovered agt him before our Justices

     made knowne before Morgan Browne & Thomas Covington good & —

     The Sd Deft appears in his proper person, and Can Shew noe Cause whÿ ~
     Execution Should Issue afsd, It is therefore Considered bÿ the Court
     here the Daÿ & year afsd that ye Judgt afsd obtained as afsd be affirmed
     and that ye Sd pltf have Execution agt the Sd Deft for ye Debt & Cost
