	his att^rÿ praÿs baile w^ch is Granted, & Joⁿ Hawkins Sher^f
	here in Court becomes Baile according to act of —

     Therefore It is Considered bÿ y^e Court here this Daÿ to witt y^e 23^th Daÿ
