        And whereupon the S^d Mathew bÿ his S^d Att^rÿ Complaines y^t whereas y^e S^d ~
      Edward in his lifetime to witt y^e 9^th Daÿ of aprill anno Dni 1703 att Kent Countÿ
      w^thin y^e Jurisdiction of this Court bÿ his Certaine bill or writeing obligatorÿ
      Sealed w^th his Seal as his act & Delivered and here in Court brought whose ~
      Date is y^e Same Daÿ year Did bind himself heires Ex^rs: and adm^rs: to paÿ or
      Cause to be paid unto y^e S^d Mathew Mason his heires Ex^rs: adm^rs: or assignes y^e afs^d
      Sum^e of 3^ls:00^s: Sterll^g att or upon y^e last Daÿ of y^e month aprill Yett notw^thstand
      =ing y^e S^d Edward ffreÿ the afs^d Sum^e of 3^ls Ster^g according to The Ten^r: of y^e Same
      bill hath not paid neither hath y^e S^d George Lumleÿ in his afs^d Capacitie Since
      The Death of y^e S^d Edward ffreÿ paid y^e Same but y^e Same to paÿ hath De
      nÿed and refused & Still Doth unjustlÿ Detaine to y^e Damãge of y^e S^d Math^w

      Daÿ of Septembr anno Dni 1703 Comes y^e S^d Ex^r in S^d Capacitie & Saÿeth that
      he Can not Gainesaÿ y^e pltf in accon afs^d Soe as afs^d brought nor but y^t
      y^e S^d Testator was Justlÿ Indebted to y^e S^d pltf in y^e Sum^e afs^d & Thereupon
      The S^d Ex^r in his S^d Capacitie Confesseth |Judm^t in his prop^r p^rson) for y^e
      Sum^e afs^d, That is when assetts :
           It is therefore Considered bÿ the Court here this Daÿ to witt y^e

      Edward in his lifetime to witt on y^e twentÿ Sixth Daÿ of March anno Dni 1703 in
      Kent Countÿ afs^d w^thin y^e Jurisdiction of this Court bÿ his Certaine bill or
      writeing obligatorÿ Sealed w^th his Seal as his act & Deed Delivered & here in
