      of Sci facias haveing Issued in these words following viz^t:

      Anne of England &c^a To y^e Sher^f of Kent Countÿ Greet^ing we Comãnd y^u: y^t bÿ good &
      Lawfull men of yo^r Bailwick y^u make knowne unto James Wroth if to be ~
      found in yo^r Bailwick Soe he be & appear before y^e Justices of our next Court to be
      held for our Said Countÿ y^e fourth Tuesdaÿ in June next to Shew Cause (if anÿ he
      have whÿ Execution Should Issue ag^t him for y^e Sum^e of fiftÿ pounds of tob^o
      fo^r a nonsuit: & one hundred Eightÿ & Eight Cost of S^d Suit accord to a judgm^t
      obtained bÿ y^e S^d pltf ag^t y^e S^d Deft upon y^e S^d nonsuit att a Court helf fo^r our

      fail not att yo^r perill att yo^r perill & have | then there this writt Wittness Elias
      King Gentⁿ Chiefe Judg: of our S^d Court &c^a:    Whereof y^e Sher^f made retⁿ:
      Endorsed    made knowne &c^a    p^r me Joⁿ: Hawkins Sher^f:
      And the Said James Wroth appearing Saÿeth, that he hath noe Cause to Shew
      Whÿ Execution Should not Issue as afs^d w^ch being bÿ the Court heard, & understood, It is

      bÿ the Justices Considered that the Said ^ & Everÿ Clause therein be Confirmed ^ as to y^e-
      fiftÿ pounds of tob^o as afs^d, and the Cost of Suit ^as afs^d That y^e Said Thomas
