      And whereupon the Said Patrick bÿ Richard Macklin his attrÿ Saÿeth that
      on the 26th ^Daÿ of febrÿ anno Dñi 1699 att Delawar Baÿ in the territories of
      Pensÿlvania wthin the Jurisdiction of this Court he did Deliver unto the
      Said James Devergee Severall goods warr’s & merchantdizes as appears bÿ an ~
  acct: thereof to this Declan annexed & here in Court prduced amõunting in the whole
      to the Sume of Sixtÿ Eight pounds thirteen Shills & nine pence Sterg to rendr
      A reasonable acct thereof to ye Said Patrick when he Should be thereunto ~
      required yett notwthstanding the Said James alltho’ often required his reasona:
     :ble acct aforesd to ye Same Patrick hath not rendered but hitherto hath ~
      Denÿed to rendr: and as yett Doth Denÿ to rendr: an acct thereof to ye aforsd
