     Langfords Baÿ upper hundred in Kent Countÿ wthin ye Jurisdiction of this Court
     wth force & armes one tenn foott [illegible] [illegible – boat?] of ye price of Eight hundred pounds of
     tobo of ye prpr goods & Chattells of A certain Morgan Browne felloniously he did
     st take & Carrÿ awaÿ agt ye peace of our Ladÿ ye Queen & form of Act of assemblÿ

           Which Said Ind Bill was Endorst Billa vera Willm. Comegÿs foreman
