   And Rich^d Macklin who prosecutes fo^r our Ladÿ y^e Queen In Like man^r: There=
   fore Comand is Given to the Sher^f of Kent Countÿ that he Imediatelÿ Cause
   to Come here ~~[illegible]~~ Twelve &c^a; And the S^d Sher^f returns his p^rcept y^t he has
   here readÿ twelve &c^a: as bÿ his said p^rcept he was Comanded viz^t Richard Mason
   &c^a, as before nominated Who being Elected trÿed & Sworne to Saÿ the truth in the
   p^rmisses Doe Saÿ upon their oath we of the Jurÿ haveing heard the p^rcess & the
   pleading in this behalf Doe Saÿ upon our oath We find the Defend^t not
                    Crime
   Guiltÿ of the ^ which stands Indicted fo^r: Which being bÿ the Court heard and
   understood it is bÿ them Considered that the S^d Anthonÿ Iveÿ | as to y^e p^rmisses )

        w^th: force & arms two horse Shooes [?] of y^e price of two Shills the p^rp^r
        goods & Chattells of A certaine John Primrose there being felloniouslÿ he
        did take ag^t y^e peace of our Ladÿ y^e Queen ag^t y^e forme of y^e act of
        assemblÿ in that Case made & p^rvided    Macklin p^r Dña Regiña

           Which S^d bill was Endorsed w^th: these words: Billa vera William Comÿgÿs foreman
      And the Said John Ponder being Called to the Bar^re, appears, and praÿs Trÿall ~
      of y^e p^rmisses w^ch: is Granted, The Said John, for plea, Saÿeth that he is ~
      not Guiltÿ & thereof he putts himselfe | for Trÿall ) upon y^e. Countrÿ And the Clk

      of y^e Indictm^ts in like maner : there~~fore~~ Comand is Given to the Sher^f of Kent
      Countÿ that he Imedatelÿ Cause to Come here twelve &c^a: & the Said Sher^f returns his
