   And Richd Macklin who prosecutes for our Ladÿ ye Queen In Like manr: There=
   fore Comand is Given to the Sherf of Kent Countÿ that he Imediatelÿ Cause
   to Come here [illegible] Twelve &ca; And the Sd Sherf returns his prcept yt he has
   here readÿ twelve &ca: as bÿ his said prcept he was Comanded vizt Richard Mason
   &ca, as before nominated Who being Elected trÿed & Sworne to Saÿ the truth in the
   prmisses Doe Saÿ upon their oath we of the Jurÿ haveing heard the prcess & the
   pleading in this behalf Doe Saÿ upon our oath We find the Defendt not
                    Crime
   Guiltÿ of the ^ which stands Indicted for: Which being bÿ the Court heard and
   understood it is bÿ them Considered that the Sd Anthonÿ Iveÿ | as to ye prmisses )
   Goe thereof wth:out Daÿ & be acquited from ye Indictmt. aforesd paÿing

     Junr. als Dicts John Ponder Junr: of Kent Countÿ plantr

     for yt he ye Sd Jon: ye 20th daÿ of maÿ anno Dni 1702 att

            hundred

     Towne ^ in Kent Countÿ wthin ye Jurisdiction of this Court
        wth: force & arms two horse Shooes [?] of ye price of two Shills the prpr
        goods & Chattells of A certaine John Primrose there being felloniouslÿ he
        did take agt ye peace of our Ladÿ ye Queen agt ye forme of ye act of
        assemblÿ in that Case made & prvided    Macklin pr Dña Regiña

           Which Sd bill was Endorsed wth: these words: Billa vera William Comÿgÿs foreman
      And the Said John Ponder being Called to the Barre, appears, and praÿs Trÿall ~
      of ye prmisses wch: is Granted, The Said John, for plea, Saÿeth that he is ~
      not Guiltÿ & thereof he putts himselfe | for Trÿall ) upon ye. Countrÿ And the Clk
                                                        upon
      of ye Indictmts in like maner : therefore Comand is Given to the Sherf of Kent
      Countÿ that he Imedatelÿ Cause to Come here twelve &ca: & the Said Sherf returns his
      prcept that he has here twelve readÿ &ca: as bÿ his Said prcept he was Comanded
      whose names are as he fore recited &ca: Who being Elected, trÿed, & Sworne to Saÿ
