Tatham Servant to Abrã: Ambross senr. read ~ ~ And The said Eliza. Swears That The Said Abrã Ambross senr= is The father of her Basterd Childe ~ ~ ~ Orderd by This Court That Abraham Ambross Senr. Sell his Servt Eliza Tatham before The Next Court Edward Buttler formerly bound to Edwd ffrye of Kent County deceasd is now bound by This Court to Nathll Comagiss till he Come to the age of Twenty & one years Nathll. Comagiss wth. Mr. Wm. Comegiss Comes into Open Court And obleigies them selves in The full & Just sume of fifty pound sterlg each of them That The above said Nathll. do give The said Edwd Butler Sufficient scooleing in reading & writeing, And allso Cyphering as farr as The rule of Three Compleat, Jno. Hamer Senr. bound pr Recoge pr Mr. Jno. Salter & discharged from The same ~ Samll. Thomas brings a Servt. named Samll.
