Wm. Hollinsworth   |    Wm. Hollinsworth als dicts Wm. Hollinsworth of —


     Kent County planter for that he the Said Wm. Hollins:
        :worth the twentyeth day of October Anno Dmi 1702 at Kent
        Towne hundred in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Cort
        with force and Arms one gray gelding horse of the price of Eight
        hundred pounds of tobacco the proper horse of a person unknown
        then and there felloniously he did take and lead away —
        agt. the peace of our Sovñ Lady the Queen and agt. the form of
        the Act of Assembly in yt. Case Made and provided —
                       Macklin pr Dña Reã~
               the Above bill was thus endorsed vizt. Billa vera Tho Piner foreman
        And the Said Wm. after Some Contn being called to the barre Appeares
        and for plea to the above indictt Says yt. he is not guilty Of the
        Matter therein Alledged agt. him~ And for tryall thereof puts
        himself upon the Countrey. and the Clk of Indictmts: in like manner
        Thereupon Comand is given the Sherf of Kent County yt. he imediately
        Cause to Come here twelve &ca. by whom &ca: And the Sherf now
        rets that he has here twelve &ca. as by his precept it was
        Comanded to wit Edward Wallwin Thos: Usher Michl. Green Nicho-
        Marsey John Bowles Danll. Perry Peter Green Wm Harris —
        Nathll. Cleave Thomas Scottin John Primrose & Thos. Bayley who
        being Elected tryed and Sworne to Say the truth in the prmises do —
        Say upon their oaths we of the Jury find the Deft. not guilty
        of the Matter whereof he Stands indicted ~
                Which being by the Court heard and understood it is by
        them Considered yt. the said Wm. Hollinsworth As to the prmises
        go thereof without day And be Absolutely discharged therefrom
        paying his fees ~
                Whereupon ye. Sd Wm. Hollinsworth prays clearance by
        procln. which by order of Court is Solemnly prformed according to
        Comõn form~ —
