        Green John Johnson Samuell Tovey and Thomas Ford who
        being Elected Tryed and Sworne to Say the truth in the p^rmises
        do Say Upon their Oaths we of the Jury find the defend^t: not
        guilty of the Matter whereof he stands indicted ~
                Which being by the Court heard the S^d. Hawkins is discharged
        therefrom y^t. Is to Say from y^e. fact whereof he is indicted &
        the indictm^t. afd and it is by the S^d. Court here this twenty Sixty
        day of Jan^r afd Considered y^t. the S^d. John Hawkins go thereof
        without day. Paying all fees hereupon accruing ~ —
                Whereupon the S^d. Jn^o Hawkins prays y^t. he May be Clear’d
