	John Chamney Adm^r	\| two hundred Eighty five pounds of tob^o. Cost
	of W^m. Brereton	\| upon a Judg^t: obtained by the Said Blake ag^t.
		the Chamney as adm^r. of S^d Brereton on the -

      Twenty Sixth day of Sept^r. Last. The Sher^f Makes retⁿ. hereof Endorsed
      As follows viz^t: These are to Certify the Justices within menconed
      That I have Attached the Debt and Cost within Mencõned in the
      hands of the within Named John Chamney and have made known
      y^t. he be and Appeare at the time and place to Shew Cause if any
      he have why ~~Execution~~ The Same Should not be Condemned in—
      his hands before W^m. Hacket and Jn^o Primrose good & Lawfull
      Men of My Bayliwick as p^r this writt I am Comanded & directed
                                                                            Jn^o. Hawkins Sher^f ~
        And now here this day to wit the twenty fifth day of Nov^r in
      the first year of her Majtys Reign &c^a. Annoq Dmⁱ 1702 being
      the Day of the Retⁿ. of the Same writt the Said John Chamney
      Not Shewing Cause why &c^a: It is Considered by the Court here that
      the Said Charles Blake have Execution of the S^d goods So Attached –
      as afd according to Act of Assembly being Condemn’d in the —
      hands of the S^d Adm^r. ~ ~ ~
