      bayle in Sd Accon produces here in Court James Smith and
      W^m. Sparks Sen^r. who undertake for y^e. Said W^m. in the Sume
      of twenty one thousand One hundred and four pounds of tobacco
      y^t. he the Said W^m. in Case he be Cast in y^e. Accon afd Shall pay
      the Condemnation thereof or render his body to the Sher^f of Kent Coty
      or they the Said James Smith and W^m. Sparks will do it for him
