        Jonathan the Sixth day of Aprill Anno Domi. 1702 at Chester upper
        hundred in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Court by the
        Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King did Break by Assaulting &
        Striking a Certaine David Morphey agt. the Peace of our Sovñ
        Lord the King and against the forme of the act of Assembly in yt:
        Case Made and provided Macklin pr Dno Rege ~
                Whereupon Ae vene fas. having Issued ye. Deft. Appeares
        And Prays leave to Imprle untill next Court which granted him
        And further at the Prayer of the Sd Defendt. by the discretion
        of This Court This Cause was Contd. from Court to Cort from ye.
        the twenty fifth day of August untill this twenty fifth
        day of Novr- Anno Dmi 1702 when the Said Jona. Appeares &
        Submitts to the Court upon the Indictmt: afd .
                     It is thereupon Considered yt. the Said Jona: Hopkins –
        the Sam day and year last menconed, be acquitted from any punish
        mt. which might happen upon Sd indictmt:    other yn. paying all
        fees due unto the Srãll officers of Court upon ye. prmises or by
        occasion thereof
