Charles Marshall	\| John Swallow als dict^s John Swallow of Talbot County
a^t	\| in the province of Maryland was Summoned to Answer
John Swallow	\| unto Charles Marshall of a plea y^t. he render him the
	full and Just Sume of three thousand five hundred and Sixty

      Six pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf tobacco in Casq which to —
      him he oweth and from him unjustly detains. As p^r the declⁿ filed in this
      Court p^r Ri Macklin Att^ry of the plaint^f May at Large appeare ~
             And the Said John in his proper p^rson Comes into Court &
      Sayth y^t. he Cannot gainsay the plaint^f his Accon So as afd ag^t:
      him brought Nor but that he is and Stands Justly indebted unto the
      plf in the Sume afd and Is therefore willing y^t. Judg^t. &c^a. ——
                It is therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty Second
      day of Sept^r. Anno Dmⁱ 1702 that the s^d. Charles recover ag^t. y^e.
      Said John Swallow As well the Sume of three thousand five hundred
      Sixty and Six pounds of tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of three –
      hundred and nineteen ~ ~ pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit And y^e.
      Def^t. in Mercy &c^a: ———

	John Boyer	\| John Collins of Kent County Stands Attached to Answer unto John
	a^t	\| Boyer of a plea of Trespass upon the Case //
	John Collins

      And Whereupon the Said Plaint^f by Rich^d. Macklin his Att^ry comp=
      :laines y^t. Whereas the Said Plaint^f the twenty Second day of October
      Anno Dmⁱ. one thousand Seven hundred and Continuing untill the twenty
      third day of March yⁿ. Next following at the Special Instance and
      request of the Said Defend^t: At Chester river in Kent County within y^e.
      Jurisdiccon of this Court did Administer S^vrall Medecines and Apply
      S^vrall Implaisters to the S^d. Def^t. proper for Removing his distemper
      under which he then Languished And Also at the Speciall instance &
      request of the S^d Def^t. he the S^d. plaint^f did dyet and Attend the Said
      Defend^t: in Consideration thereof the Said Defend^t: upon himself
      Assumed and unto the Said plaint^f faithfully promised that he the S^d
      Def^t. when thereunto afterwards required would well and truly pay &
      Content the Said plaint^f for his Medecines and Implaisters adm^rstred
      and Applied and for his dyet and Attendance So much good tobacco
      as for the Same he Should reasonably deserve And the Said plaint^f
      in fact Sayth y^t. for y^e. Medecines and Implaisters by him to the
      Said Def^t. Adm^rstred and Applied and for his dyet and Attendance he
      doth reasonably deserve to have the Sume of two thousand Sixty and
