Isaac Hollinsworth |    of Trespass upon the Case for ye. Sume

        As by the decln filed in this Court by Richd. Macklin & Michll. Earle his Attrys
        May at large appeare .
                And the Said Isaac in his prper prson Comes into Court and Says
        yt. he Cannot Gainsay the plf his accon so as afd agt. him brought
        nor but that he is and Stands Justly Indebted unto the Said Plf in
        ye. Sume afd and is willing yt. Judgt. be enterd agt. him for the Same
                Which being by the Cort    heard and understood it is by them
        Considered this twenty fifth day of August Anno Dmi 1702 yt. ye
        Said Saml. Tayler recover at the Sd Isa: Hollinsworth as well ye.
        Sume of two hundred and twenty Nine
        the debt afd As the Sume of pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit to the number
        of two hundred and twenty nine pounds and ye. deft. in Mercy &ca —
