(Senate Bill 1069)

AN ACT concerning

Public Information - Exceptions

FOR the purpose of providing that the home address or home
telephone numbers of certain employees of the State or
any agency, instrumentality or political subdivision of
the State, are not included within the definition of
"public records" may not be inspected by the public,
except with the permission of the person in interest or
as designated by the governmental entity which employs
the person; and making this Act an emergency measure.
