HARRY HUGHES, Governor (M) (1) IN SOMERSET COUNTY THE CLERK OF THE COURT
(2) THE LICENSES SHALL ENTITLE THE HOLDER TO EXERCISE ANY OF THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY THE RESPECTIVE (3) (I) A SPECIAL BEER OR BEER AND LIGHT WINE
(II) A SPECIAL BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED FOR UP TO 14 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
(4)(I) THE FEE FOR A SPECIAL BEER OR BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE IS $10.
(II) THE FEE FOR A SPECIAL BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE IS $50.
(5) THE FEES SHALL BE PAID TO THE CLERK FOR THE
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July l, 1980.
