meet all the requirements the substitute would have to meet
if the substitute were named in the original application.
The corporation or club shall file an affidavit with the
board of license commissioners showing the substitution of
the officer or officers with an explanation of the
substitution. Upon receipt of the affidavit the board shall
amend its records and issue a new license with the corrected
names on it. The corporation or club shall pay a fee of $5
to the board of license commissioners for this service. In
Wicomico County the fee is $10. In Worcester County, the fee
is $15 except for Class C (clubs) establishments where the
fee is $5. In Wicomico County, an application for renewal
of a restaurant license is subject to requirements specified
in Section 19(x), as amended from time to time.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
Somerset County - Alcoholic Beverages -
Special and Temporary Licenses
FOR the purpose of providing that in Somerset County the
clerk of the court, with the approval of the liquor
board, may grant special and temporary licenses of any
class to certain clubs and organizations, except
manufacturer's and wholesaler's licenses; providing
certain fees and conditions for the fees; providing
that the board may issue any license and may grant a
temporary license without requiring the applicant meet
certain standards; and clarifying language.
