(b) (1) The liquor control board may borrow money from
time to time from any banking institution on its own credit.

(2) The aggregate sum advanced to or borrowed by
the liquor control board may not exceed [$5,000 in Somerset
County, $75,000 in Harford County, $20,000 in Kent County,
$25,000 in Wicomico County and $200,000 in Worcester County]
THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS:

(I)  HARFORD COUNTY - $75,000

(II)  KENT COUNTY - $20,000

(III)  SOMERSET COUNTY - $5,000

(IV)  WICOMICO COUNTY - $25,000

(V)  WORCESTER COUNTY - $300,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.
