(2) IF THE MOTION IS GRANTED, THE COURT SHALL
FORWARD ALL PLEADINGS TO THE CIRCUIT COURT.
(3) AN ACTION REMOVED TO THE CIRCUIT COURT AND
CONSOLIDATED WITH AN ACTION IN THAT COURT UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL PROCEED IN THE CIRCUIT
COURT, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE AMOUNT IN CONTROVERSY, AS IF
ORIGINALLY INSTITUTED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

Article 11 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1959 Edition, supplemented to December, 1976,
as amended)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 2-8 through 2-12, 3-1 through 3-4,
5-2 through 5-7.1, 5-10, 5-12 through 5-14, 5-18, 5-21
through 5-24, 5-33, 5-34, 8-1 through 8-3, 8-8, 8-10, 8-35
through 8-41, 11A-1 through 11A-8, 12-2, 12-3, 13-9, 13-11,
and 15-1 of the Public Local Laws of Frederick County being
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be
repealed.
