Article 4 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1969 Edition and 1978 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as
follows:

Article 4 - Baltimore City
[3-17.

It shall be the duty of the said Board before the first
Monday of May of each year to make a report in writing to
the Governor of the State, containing a detailed statement
of the nature of the receipts and manner of expenditure, and
any balance of money remaining at the end of the year, after
payment of expenses, shall be reserved by the treasurer of
said Board to meet the expenses for the ensuing year.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
3-18 and 3-19, respectively, of Article 4 - Baltimore City,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be renumbered
to be Section(s) 3-17 and 3-18, respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

Professional and Executive Liability Fund

termination of the provisions that relate to the
professional and executive liability fund under the
insurance laws of this State.
