Ch. 25

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That any
unexpended appropriation for the purpose of financing the
Office of Minority Business Enterprise shall be transferred
by approved budget amendment to the Executive Department -
Office of the Governor.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That, unless
specifically disapproved, within 50 days after submission,
by a resolution of disapproval concurred in by a majority
vote of all members of either House of the General Assembly,
this Executive Order shall take effect.

OF THE CONSTITUTION OF MARYLAND

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER concerning

Reorganization of State Government - Income Maintenance

FOR the purpose of establishing an Income Maintenance
Administration within the Department of Human Resources
and assigning all income maintenance functions formerly
exercised by the Social Services Administration to the
Income Maintenance Administration; and correcting
certain terminology relating to those units.
