11-411. CHANGE OF PLACE OF BUSINESS.

(A)   NOTICE REQUIRED.

IF A LICENSEE CHANGES THE PLACE OF BUSINESS, THE
LICENSEE IMMEDIATELY SHALL NOTIFY SEND THE COMMISSIONER IN
WRITING THE LICENSE AND WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE CHANGE.

(B)        ENDORSEMENT OF CHANGE.

(1) ON RECEIVING   NOTICE UNDER THIS SECTION, THE

COMMISSIONER, WITHOUT CHARGE,   SHALL SEND THE LICENSEE ATTACH

TO THE LICENSE AN ENDORSEMENT   STATING THE CHANGE AND ITS
DATE.

          (2) THE LICENSEE SHALL ATTACH THE ENDORSEMENT TO

THE LICENSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 83, §
158(b).

Subsection (a) (1) of this section is revised to
clarify present Art. 83, § 158(b), which implies
that a licensee sends the license to the
Commissioner so the Commissioner can attach a
record of the change to the license.

The present statement that the endorsement
authorizes the licensee to operate the business
at the new location is deleted as unnecessary.

11-412. VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF LICENSE.

(A)   SURRENDER.

A LICENSEE MAY SURRENDER THE LICENSE BY DELIVERING TO
THE COMMISSIONER A WRITTEN STATEMENT THAT THE LICENSE IS
SURRENDERED.

(B)       LIABILITY NOT AFFECTED.

THE SURRENDER OF A LICENSE DOES NOT AFFECT ANY CIVIL OR
CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF THE LICENSEE FOR ACTS COMMITTED BEFORE
THE LICENSE WAS SURRENDERED.

11-413. INVESTIGATORY POWERS OF COMMISSIONER.
