(II)   NOTIFY THE APPLICANT IMMEDIATELY OF
THIS FACT;

(III)       RETURN THE BOND FILED UNDER § 11-206
OF THIS SUBTITLE;

(IV)       REFUND THE LICENSE FEE; AND

(V)       KEEP THE INVESTIGATION FEE.

(2) WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE COMMISSIONER DENIES
AN APPLICATION, THE COMMISSIONER SHALL:

(I)   FILE IN THE COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
WRITTEN FINDINGS AND A SUMMARY OF THE EVIDENCE SUPPORTING
THEM; AND

(II)   SEND A COPY OF THE FINDINGS AND
SUMMARY TO THE APPLICANT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
from Art. 58A, § 4 (a) and the introductory clause
of (b)(1) and from Art. 58A, § 4(c).

Subsection (d) (1) (iii) of this section is new
language added to provide for the bond filed with
the application to be returned if the application
is denied.

The only other changes are in style.

11-208. CONTENTS AND SCOPE OF LICENSES; ADDITIONAL
LICENSES.

(A)   CONTENTS.

THE COMMISSIONER SHALL INCLUDE ON EACH LICENSE:

(1)   THE NAME OF THE LICENSEE; AND

(2)   THE ADDRESS AT WHICH THE BUSINESS IS TO BE
CONDUCTED.

(B)   SCOPE OF LICENSE.

(1)   A LICENSE AUTHORIZES THE LICENSEE TO DO
BUSINESS UNDER THE LICENSE, AT THE LICENSED PLACE OF
BUSINESS AND UNDER THE NAME STATED ON THE LICENSE.

(2)   ONLY ONE PLACE OF BUSINESS MAY BE MAINTAINED
UNDER ANY ONE LICENSE.

(C)   ADDITIONAL LICENSES.

THE COMMISSIONER MAY ISSUE MORE THAN ONE LICENSE TO AN
APPLICANT WHO:
