AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Road Construction Requirements

FOR the purpose of amending the requirements for the
release of bonds for road construction, extending the time
period for certain permits, providing for the extension of
permits without fee in certain circumstances, and permitting
the Director of Public Works and Transportation to waive or
vary design and construction standards in certain
circumstances.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
