AN ACT to approve the Rules of Practice and Procedure
of the County Board of Appeals, by repealing Section 2-40 of
Article V. Board of Appeals, title "Administration" of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968, and enacting in lieu thereof a
new Section 2-40 to said article, title and code.

AN ACT to prohibit any person from clinging or
tethering himself, or any sled or similar device on or in
which he or others are being conveyed, to any motor vehicle
in motion upon any highway or on any property used by the
public in general, and providing for a penalty for a
violation of such prohibition, by adding a new Section
17-6.1 to the Baltimore County Code, 1968, to Article I. In
General, title "Motor Vehicles and Traffic".

AN ACT to provide for the disconnecting and amoritizing
of the cost of disconnecting prohibited storm drain
connections, by repealing Subsection 13.1.2 of the Baltimore
County Plumbing-Gasfitting Code, 1973, as amended and
enacting a new Section 13.1.2 in lieu thereof and by adding
new Section 34-61.1 to Article III. Metropolitan District,
title "Water, Sewers, Sewage Disposal and Drains" of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968.

A RESOLUTION to levy and impose a property tax for the
use of Baltimore County for the taxable year beginning July
1, 1979 and ending on the thirtieth day of June following,
and to fix the rate of county taxation for such taxable
year.
