RESOLUTION 79-R-l

The Town of Riverdale having been petitioned by the
owner of Lot 2, Block 42, Green Manor, which is contiguous
to the Town of Riverdale, that said lot be annexed into the
Town of Riverdale does hereby resolve to amend the Charter
of the Town of Riverdale by the addition of paragraph (f) to
Section 63-12 as follows:

[Section 63-12(f) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, added.

Whereas, the Town of Riverdale is desirous of amending
the Town Charter in Section 63-22 "Personnel" and more
particularly Section 63-22.3 and also removing two § in
63.15(b), (1) and (2) Treasurer.
