A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MANCHESTER ADOPTED NOVEMBER 12, 1957 BY CHANGING A WORD IN
8-79 FROM "INSURE" TO THE INTENDED WORD "INJURE".

[Section C10-3 of the Charter of the Town of
Manchester, Section 8-77 Code of Public Local Laws of
Carroll County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date March 30, 1979]

RESOLUTION NO. 19-1979

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MANCHESTER ADOPTED NOVEMBER 12, 1957 BY REVISING SECTION
8-96 CONCERNING PRIOR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, TO INCLUDE
THEREIN THE WORDS "OF THE TOWN ARE HEREBY PRESERVED FOR THE
HOLDER IN ALL RESPECTS AS IF THIS CHARTER HAD NOT BEEN
ADOPTED".
