four day week or at student rates in order to
increase the number of available positions;

(q) means by which intern programs in
State government may be improved and expanded;

(r) the appropriateness of facilitating
entry into the classified service of persons
successfully completing summer or CETA
employment;

(s) review of age and education
requirements in occupational licensing laws with a
view to elimination of unnecessary and outmoded
requirements; and

(t) such other related subjects as may be
appropriate for consideration in the view of the
Task Force;

4.  The Task Force shall organize itself into
subcommittees on the following three subjects and
such others as may be designated by the Chairman:

(a)  legal burders upon, and impediments
to, youth employment;

(b)  educational, apprenticeship, tax
incentive, and wage subsidy programs; and

(c)  State government employment;

5.  The Task Force may submit interim reports on
matters not requiring legislation. It shall
submit its final report and shall cease to exist
on December 1, 1980; and

6.  The Task Force shall hold hearings and
conduct appropriate studies. All departments and
agencies of State government shall cooperate with
the Task Force in carrying out its work. Staff
support to the Task Force shall be provided by
the Division of Labor and Industry, Department of
Licensing and Regulation and by the Department of
Education.
