This bill prescribes a form to be used to advise
persons of certain decisions of juvenile intake officers.

House Bill 1976, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 20, 1980 accomplishes the
same purpose.

Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign Senate Bill
1017.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County- Board of Education - Student
Nonvoting Member

FOR the purpose of providing for a student nonvoting member
on the Baltimore County Board of Education; providing
for the qualifications and duties of the student
member; providing that the provisions for a student
nonvoting member may not be enforced after July 1, 1983
unless certain conditions are met; and generally
relating to the nonvoting student member on the
Baltimore County Board of Education.

Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill 1026.

This bill provides for a student non-voting member on
the Baltimore County Board of Education.

House Bill 1133, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 20, 1980 accomplishes the
same purpose.
