directors of Branch 6, THE DESIGNEE OF THE ORDER OF THE
PURPLE HEART, AND THE DESIGNEE OF THE MARYLAND CHAPTER OF
THE AMERICAN EX-PRISONERS OF WAR, INC. The members of the
committee serve without pay and the committee shall advise
and work with the Maryland Veterans Commission in the duties
imposed upon them by this subtitle, but may not be members
of the Commission.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning
School Buses
FOR the purpose of providing that school buses may be used
to transport certain students living along bus routes
under certain conditions; prohibiting any reduction of
a county transportation allocation under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to the use of
school buses.
