(y)(6) All licensees shall purchase all wines and
liquors, except light wine AND BEER, from the liquor control
board for Worcester County. They shall be charged 85
percent of the retail price or any SPECIAL sale price OR
DISCOUNT PRICE, whichever is lower, set by the board for
[the] wines and liquors. [The board may not sell those
alcoholic beverages at a price which is less than 10 percent
above the cost of the merchandise to the wholesalers.]
HOWEVER, THE PRICE THE BOARD CHARGES TO THE LICENSEES MAY
NOT BE LOWER THAN 10 PERCENT ABOVE THE COST THE LIQUOR
CONTROL BOARD MUST PAY FOR THE MERCHANDISE TO WHOLESALERS.
ALL LICENSEES MAY PURCHASE BEER AND LIGHT WINE FROM LICENSED
WHOLESALERS.
20.
(m-1) In Worcester County the annual fee for this
license is $250. This license may be obtained by (1) any
bona fide golf, tennis or swimming club used in conjunction
with a country club excluding miniature golf courses
operating in Worcester County, having been incorporated for
a period of not less than one year prior to the time of
making application for this license, and having a bona fide
membership of not less than 100 persons and dues of not less
than $10 per annum per adult member, and having facilities
for preparing and serving food on the premises to members
and their guests when accompanied by members, and owning or
operating a clubhouse or on premises principally used for no
other purpose and not directly or indirectly owned or
operated as a public business; (2) any local unit of a
nationwide bona fide nonprofit organization or club composed
solely of members who served in the armed forces of the
United States in any war in which the United States has
engaged, having held a charter from a national veterans1
organization for a period of not less than five years prior
to the time of making application for this license, and
having a bona fide membership of not less than 15 persons
and dues of not less than $5 per annum per person, which
organization or club operates solely for the use of its own
members and their guests when accompanied by members, and
meets in a clubhouse principally used for no other purpose;
and (3) any lodge or chapter of any bona fide nonprofit and
nationwide fraternal or service organization composed of
members duly elected and initiated in accordance with the
rites and customs of the fraternal or service organization,
in existence and operating in Worcester County for a period
of not less than five years prior to the time of making
application for the license, and having a bona fide
membership of not less than 40 persons and dues of not less
than $5 per annum per member, and owning or operating a home
or clubhouse principally for the use of its members and
their guests when accompanied by members, and not directly
or indirectly owned or operated as a public business. Upon
payment of the license fee, any such club, veterans' or
fraternal organization may obtain the license from the board
of license commissioners of Worcester County. Every such
