and matching fund for this project is not presented to the
Board of Public Works on or before June 1, 1982, the
proceeds of the loan shall be transferred to the Annuity
Bond Fund and applied to the debt service requirements of
the State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Mobile Home Parks

FOR the purpose of relating generally to legal relations
between park owners and residents of mobile home parks;
defining certain terms; providing certain requirements
of notice as to certain rental agreements and of terms
to be included in these agreements; prohibiting certain
provisions in these agreements; providing that a park
owner may promulgate only certain rules under certain
conditions; relating generally to park fees, their
allowance and prohibition; prohibiting and requiring
certain acts by a park owner, including certain
transactions with a resident; providing certain
remedies to a park owner and a resident for violations
of this Act by a park owner; requiring a park owner to
observe and assure certain rights of a resident;
requiring a park resident to comply with certain rules;
relating generally to eviction proceedings by a park
owner against a resident and limits on availability of
such proceedings; relating generally to actions to
enforce the provisions of this Act and to defenses
available in such actions; providing a certain short
title for this Act; relating generally to the date for
compliance with this Act; and providing for a mobile
home park owner's repossession rights.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
