(5) In Wicomico [County] AND SOMERSET COUNTIES,
a person may not hold a license under the provisions of this
section upon any premises having any direct or indirect
connection with any drug or pharmaceutical, or other
business establishments of a type commonly known as or
referred to as drugstore.

14.

(a) A Class B beer and light wine license shall be
issued by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in
which the place of business is located, or by the clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of Baltimore City, if the place of
business is located in [said] THE city, and shall authorize
the holder thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light
wines at retail at any hotel or restaurant, at the place
therein described, for consumption on the premises or
elsewhere. The annual fee for [such a] THE license shall
be [sixty dollars ($60.00)] $60, and shall be payable to
[said] THE clerk, before any [such] license is issued, for
distribution as herein provided.

(N-l) IN SOMERSET COUNTY THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THIS
LICENSE IS $200.

(o) This section shall not apply to Allegany,
Caroline, Charles, Dorchester, Garrett, Howard, Queen
Anne's, St. Mary's, [Somerset] and Talbot counties, in all
of which jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.

16.

(a) A Class D beer and light wine license shall be

Talbot counties, in all of which jurisdictions the licenses
may not be issued.
