SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

State Employees - Deferred Compensation Plan -
Board of Trustees

FOR the purpose of establishing a certain number of members
for the Board of Trustees of the State Employees

Deferred Compensation Plan; providing for the

governance of the Board; providing that the Board shall
receive administrative support from the Department of
Personnel; providing that the Plan reimburse the State
for certain administrative expenses; providing for the
duties of the Board; establishing a certain term for
members of the Board; providing for the designation of
the chairman of the Board; providing that members of
the Board shall be fiduciaries; clarifying language;
and generally relating to the state Employees Deferred
Compensation Plan.
