PETROLEUM GAS FURNISHED SHALL COMPLY WITH THE SAFETY
STANDARDS OF SERVICE THAT BECOME EFFECTIVE.

(2) TO THE EXTENT ORDERED BY THE COMMISSION, §§
28(E), 28A, 99, AND 102A OF THIS ARTICLE ALSO ARE MADE
APPLICABLE TO THESE PERSONS FOR THE LOCATIONS INVOLVED, BUT
NO OTHER SECTION OF THIS ARTICLE SHALL HAVE APPLICATION.

(D) BY OCTOBER 1, 1980 OR THE COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE,
WHICHEVER IS LATER, EACH PERSON FURNISHING GAS SERVICE BY
PIPES FROM A CENTRAL LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS STORAGE TANK TO
TEN OR MORE CUSTOMERS OR TEN OR MORE SEPARATE RESIDENTIAL
DWELLING UNITS SHALL ADVISE THE COMMISSION IN WRITING AS TO
THE LOCATION OF EACH INSTALLATION, THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
OR DWELLING UNITS FURNISHED SERVICE AT EACH LOCATION, AND
THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE RESPONSIBLE OFFICE OF THE
BUSINESS OR ENTERPRISE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
