(3) The Board of Public Works shall determine,
in cases of doubt, whether any person making written
application under subsection (b) is a State officer or State
employee for the purposes of this section, regardless of the
method, source, or amount of compensation of the person.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
(Building Permits)
PG/MC 45-80

FOR the purpose of eliminating the requirement that all
building permit applications in Prince George's County
be referred to the Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission for review and recommendations; and
authorizing the County Council of Prince George's
County to provide by ordinance for referral of building
permit applications to the Commission for review and
recommendations.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
